Terms of Service

Effective date: August 14, 2026.

The service and accounts

Bralmori is an AI-assisted social media and content-operations service for eligible business users. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity in your workspace.

Connected accounts and authorization

You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. You authorize Bralmori to access and act on connected services only to provide features you select. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms, APIs, availability, and policies.

Your content and AI output

You retain ownership of your businesses, brands, uploaded materials, posts, edits, and other customer content. You grant Bralmori a limited license to host, process, adapt, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. AI recommendations and drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing approved or published material and for automated actions you intentionally enable.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bralmori unlawfully, deceptively, to infringe rights, distribute malware or harassment, evade platform rules, access another workspace, or publish content you lack authority to use.

Service intellectual property

The service operator retains rights in the Bralmori software, design, workflows, and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or of customer intellectual property.

Plans, cancellation, and changes

Paid subscriptions may be introduced in the future. Pricing shown before billing launches is informational; no charge occurs without customer confirmation. Applicable fees, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before purchase. You may stop using the service, disconnect providers, or delete your account. We may suspend access for security, legal, abuse, or material breach reasons and may change or discontinue features.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access, AI accuracy, engagement, revenue, or business results. To the extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any applicable aggregate liability limitation and governing-law provisions should be confirmed in the commercial terms before paid launch.
