Privacy Policy

Information we handle

Bralmori processes account identity and workspace information; the Business Profile and information proposed from customer-supplied websites; connected-service account identity and encrypted OAuth access or refresh credentials; social and content metadata; generated drafts, customer edits, approvals, publishing records, performance or engagement information; Business Brain evidence and preferences; and technical, security, and operational information.

Payment information may be processed in the future if paid billing is introduced. Bralmori does not currently collect subscription payments through this service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate customers, isolate and operate workspaces, research grounded opportunities, generate and adapt content, preserve approvals, publish through supported authorized connections, provide analytics and personalization, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and improve and secure the service.

AI processing and service providers

Bralmori may send relevant business context and instructions to AI and research providers to provide requested features. Hosting, authentication, database, analytics, infrastructure, and connected social-platform providers also process information needed to deliver their services. We do not claim that customer information is never processed by service providers.

Connected services

A connection is created only after customer authorization. Credentials are encrypted and are not returned through customer APIs. Disconnecting locally invalidates the connection, removes usable stored credentials, and attempts provider revocation where supported. A new authorization is required to reconnect.

Retention, deletion, and security

We retain information while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, integrity, dispute, or legal needs. Customers can disconnect individual services or permanently delete their Bralmori account and workspace in Privacy & Data settings. Deletion removes workspace-owned customer data and usable credentials; narrowly necessary non-secret security or legal records may be retained. We use access controls, workspace authorization, row-level security, credential encryption, and operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

Bralmori is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date.
